Returns & Refunds policy

Due to the custom nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective*.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days if there is any damage. You will be asked to provide evidence of the damage, which will be compared to our quality control evidence

Where a product is deemed defective we will gladly provide a fix, replacement or refund in such cases.

Thank you for understanding that each piece is uniquely crafted just for you.

*Please note that each product is carefully handmade from latex which is a natural material, so slight variations and minor imperfections may occur, adding to the unique charm and character of your item. These natural differences are not considered defects but a testament to the craftsmanship behind each piece.
